The Build
The converted cottage was designed and built by The Property Conservation Company to maximise the stunning views offered by the neighbouring Gloucestershire countryside. Within the 14 week timeframe, the existing garage was converted and built completely bespoke from the ground up, complete with a floating staircase, two-person bath, open plan kitchen and private entrance way. The property was built on time and within budget, and (much to the delight of the owners!) is already fully let.
